What are the placement requirements?

Flat, solid ground that a service truck can access, free of overhead wires and away from any active digging.

How does scheduling work for extended rentals?

We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit in place until you request removal.

How much lead time do I need for an event?

Two to three weeks is ideal for spring and summer weekends. Reach out earlier for holiday weekends.

We began with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are a family operation, so if something is not right with a unit, that falls on us, and we take care of it that same day.

I track every job on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call us.
